Attempting to create a new app in spotify developer dashboard. No matter the setting, I get the error "Something went wrong, we were not able to create your app. Please try again later."

Same here! I'm in Italy, I tried to create an app from multiple devices, but I'm getting the same error. It's about a week that it's happening to me

Same issue here. Tried yesterday and today and keep getting the error: "Something went wrong, we were not able to create your app. Please try again later."

On a different device (Win 11 laptop), different internet (work office vs home network), but the same Spotify account, and I was able to create a program. Unsure which or if either of these variables helped due to multiple changes in one step. I am unable to confirm it is functioning as requested yet, but I will confirm when I am home tonight and mark it as solved if so.
