Streaming via connected account allowed as a secondary widget within a SDA?

Streaming via connected account allowed as a secondary widget within a SDA?

I'm making a freemium app and wanted to offer access to several curated playlists on Spotify for the user to listen to (or not) while using the app. The user would connect to the spotify api via their own spotify account and it would essentially be the same as them listening to the app itself, but just with me picking the songs based on things they're doing with my app. The app itself has nothing to do with music or streaming. The songs would be a secondary feature that is only accessible if the user pays for premium access.

No broadcasting of music, no playing for more than one person at a time, and no access without having a spotify account of their own.

Does this type of access require any prior approval? I feel like the policies allow for this, but I wanted to check.

Building streaming into your mobile app is not possible anymore. Now you only can use your app as a remote, so Spotify needs to be installed on the device to make use of this feature.
