Submitting App to Apple and Google Play Store

Hello,

Im using Spotify's web api to essentially search for tracks, artists, albums and give the user more details about the song. For each song I include the Spotify logo as well as a direct link and have the 30 second preview url which a user can play. 

I wanted some information if this is possible to submit to the stores?? or do i need permission? I see a lot of web applications showcased but rarely any apps. 

I already created my app through the developer account and have a client ID. It's called KeyPM.

Im hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
