The quota expansion request page does not appear.

I applied for quota expansion in my previous application and my request was rejected. I want to make the required corrections and request quota again, but the quota expansion section is not visible. There is only the general application settings page and the user management page. I would be glad if you can help.

Same thing here. We were waiting for approval and the extension approval section just disappeared.
