Unable to get my application accepted

Hello! I've submitted my application many times and I'm unable to get it accepted.
Every time the reviewer rejects it by just saying the "app does not work".

I checked the logging from my server and there is no evidence of issues or errors, I've also tried from many devices and the app works well for me and my friends, I don't understand what's going on.

I can't find a way to contact the reviewer and ask for more information, what should I do?
