Unexpected need for quota extension request

Hi,

I had created an app last year, before the policy was updated as described here: https://developer.spotify.com/community/news/2021/05/27/improving-the-developer-and-user-experience-...

It states that existing apps don't need quota extension request on short term:

"Q: I already have an app today. What do these changes mean for me?
A: All existing apps will not be affected by these changes in the short term. Your app will be placed in the “Extended Quota” mode and will continue to work the same, but we will eventually reach out to review existing apps. There are no actions for existing apps at this stage."

My app stopped working as it is not in Extended Quota mode but in Developer mode and i have not been reached out to. My app basically is only used once a year when Dutch radio is open for voting on the top2000, to create Spotify playlists based off peoples voting lists. 

I have now sent a request for quota extension, but it has not been reviewed yet. I would appreciate if this can be reviewed on quickly. Thanks in advance.
