Update regarding your Spotify integration - Accepted via email but rejected on dashboard?

Hi,

 

Im reaching out today as I've had a Spotify Integration Request rejected despite receiving an email to say it was approved/no further questions needed (screenshot attached).

 

This most recent review was after a rejected application request which clearly stated why we were rejected and how long we had to submit another request. 

 

The most recent email was received (screenshot attached) on May 12th and I've had no contact from Spotify since, only just logging back in to check the developer dashboard and see the rejection. 

 

Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be a mistake? I thought Spotify clearly state why the reject any compliance or extension requests. Is there anyone I can get clarity from?
