Use of "Spotify" word inside app and content

Hi, 

i've developed an Android app that's called "Spotify Top Stats".

It connects to the user's Spotify account via official OAuth procedure and shows some statistics about Spotify usage.

My question is: can i use the word "Spotify" inside my app name and content?

Actually Google store allowed me to publish the app and didn't send me any copyright infringement notification, but i'm not sure about my current position.

Is there someone that can help me?
