Very Long Quota Extension Waiting Time

My Question or Issue

My application for a quote extension was submitted in November and has been in "In Review/Undecided" since early December and I am still waiting to hear back on a verdict after 11 weeks. Not sure why this is taking so long but it's an issue as it is really holding up further development of the app. Would love to get some more clarity on the situation and progress on the application.
