What is SPTAppRemotePlayerState.playbackPosition?

I thought this would be the number of milliseconds that have played in the current track, but the value is much too small for that. What is it's significance?

Also, this forum software hoy garbage. Earlier I tried to submit my question and the website kept displaying issues with my post one at a time until it decided that I was spamming and blocked me altogether.
