Why aren't I allowed to create an voice controlled Spotify SDA?

I was reading through the Spotify Developer Policy when I came across this in Section III:

"Do not create a voice-enabled SDA that enables a user to control Spotify with their voice, or any kind of voice assistant that provides voice-control functionality."

I'm wondering why this isn't allowed? I've been making my own web based Spotify player, I'd added this functionality in the app. The way it works in my web app is that I have a package that recognizes voice input, and after specific prompts are detected it triggers a function the same way a button press would. This option is turned off by default and can always be toggled. I'm just not really sure why this isn't allowed? Thanks in advance
