Why is my Spotify playlist rearranging itself randomly?

Has anyone else noticed their Spotify playlists reshuffling themselves? I've organized my songs in a specific order, but lately, it seems like Spotify is randomly changing the sequence. It's really frustrating when I want to listen to my tracks in the order I set. Is this a bug, or am I missing some setting?

I've only seen this happen with Daily Mix playlists.
