Would software that automatically skips part of Spotify songs be allowed?

Say, for example, that I want a specific part of a Spotify song to be skipped every time it comes on.

Would software that does this for me be allowed by the Spotify developer terms/policy?

In the developer Policy it says the following: 

"Do not permit any device or system to segue, mix, re-mix, or overlap any Spotify Content with any other audio content (including other Spotify Content)."

Does automatically skipping parts of a song fall under this prohibited category?
