login button will not do anything on Spotify Developer

When I go to https://developer.spotify.com/dashboard, I had a white page with a red error at the top of the screen, saying my session expired. So, I went back to the main page (https://developer.spotify.com) and clicked "Login". Nothing happens, and it just reappears after a second.

Same issue i even switched to different browser but doesn't work. The issue is with spotify
