My Question or Issue

The open.spotify.com interface doesn't use loaders or check success or failure for events such as: adding to queue, shuffle, repeat, playing a different song, playing an artist radio page. This leads to a bad user experience when Spotify is experiencing issues, because there's no user feedback to tell them that an event failed. Here's an example of something that happens to me on the daily.

>right click add song to queue
>says *added to queue*
>press skip, it's not the song
>check queue, it's not there
>add it to queue again
>says *added to queue*
>check again
>still not there

>queue it 5 times and 2 get queued

>delete 1

This also happens with the shuffle button, and more often when it's shuffling a larger number of tracks (~8000). It happens with the repeat button, it even happens with the play button, because there's no feedback to know if it was successful or not.
