play playlist with offset greater than 8763 throughs back error

My Question or Issue

i have a script that starts a playlist at an offset every day 5 higher. 

The playlist has over 9000 tracks.

when my script hits an offset of 8764 or higher it throughs back an error.

WebapiPlayerError: An error occurred while communicating with Spotify's Web API.
Details: Player command failed: Restriction violated UNKNOWN.

the script works with anything of an offset with 8763 or below.

it just sends out this parameters:

device_id: "My device id"

context_uri: "spotify:playlist:2mxJc1UnJXh4ijFVYUqRWr"

offset: 

position: 8764

off course in the right formatting^^ it sends this over the spotify:play api.

can anybody replicate this  bug?
