"Non-streaming SDA" Definition

Hello,

I'm developing an SDA and would like to monetize it in the future. In short, the application allows users to organize albums on a visual grid. Clicking an album within this grid will call the start playback endpoint, so that the album begins playing on their active device.

Would this qualify as a non-streaming SDA, thus allowing me to charge users a monthly subscription fee?

I would assume yes, since my SDA is not doing any streaming itself. But I see that "streaming" is also defined as "using the Spotify Platform to control a background Spotify application" in the developer terms, so I'm not 100% sure.
