My Question or Issue

I have a spotify connect player running on a Raspberry Pi. It is supposed to run more or less all the time the RPi is on. However, I notice that after some unknown amount of time the player/device is turned off.

Trying to play a song in the morning after the device has been idle over night, the device is no longer available. I get the following error:

http status: 404, code:-1 - https://api.spotify.com/v1/me/player/next?device_id=2d826ee4fbfe5720cb40ad03393b47bbd149a27f:
 Device not found, reason: None

The browser running the js is still open and clicking the buttons for play/pause I have there works. Is the device id changing after a set time?

I have read through the documentation, but cannot find anything about a duration of a device id. Can anyone help please?
