404 Error Page for Premium Student

I want to change my subscription to a student plan, but whenever I try to go to the verification page (https://www.spotify.com/us/student/verification/), I get a 404 error. I've tried this from multiple devices and browsers (Safari, Chrome, Edge) but without sucess.
