60 day trial not showing up

I decided to take the 60 day trail since it showed up in the app. After signing up it only shows 30 days as part of my trail. I have never subscribed before. Is there any way to fix this?

Are you trying to use the Valentines day offer? If you are it is only available in a few select counties, can you let me know what country you reside in so we can work out if it is available to you?

I currently reside in ~~country~~. The ad for the trial popped up in my app so I assumed I would be able to use it.

Sorry to say, but the Valentines day special was not available in the Netherlands. I'm not sure why it popped up as an advert for you?
