Account disappeared

I have been a Spotify student premium listener for over a year. While I haven’t been using Spotify lately due to work and my car being in the shop, I kept it activated for the Hulu. I went to log onto Hulu this morning to see if any more AGT episodes were on and it says I need to pick a subscription. So I log into Spotify, to see what’s going on and it appears my account was completely reset and reverted to the free services. Even asked me to re-link my Facebook and confirm my e-mail. 

I’m super bummed about this and probably won’t be resubscribing.

Sorry to hear you lost your subscription. It can happen that a subscription stops due to various reasons, it's highly unlikely however that your whole account got reset. It sounds more as if you have created a new account by accident. It's very easy to create an account with us so it can happen that users create or have a second account with us they do not know about.

Try to run all email addresses you might have used on the Password Reset page and see which email addresses match to an account. It's very possible that your account with all your music is still out there! You can also look at this page where we go a bit deeper on how to find additional accounts.
