Audiobook Trouble on Duo Plan

Audiobook Trouble on Duo Plan

My husband and I have the Duo Plan. I am the "manager" and he is the "member" of the account. We were listening to an audiobook from my account and it said it was included with Premium. My husband is trying to finish listening to it on his account, but it is telling him he needs to pay for it. Why would I be able to listen to it, but not him, if we both have Premium accounts?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

Unfortunately, only the plan manager has access to audiobook listening time from Spotify's audiobooks subscriber catalog. It’s not possible to share audiobook listening time with the plan member/s.

Hello, me and my mom have premium duo. But she can’t listen to audio book when I can. All the audio book are locked for her and they ask her to pay for it.
