Can't buy premium

My Spotify account continues to say that my credit card provider is having a bad day. Even after I tried visa and pay pal. Has anyone else had that problem or no how to fix it?

Hey, @Sy69charger! That's not cool - let's try to figure this out.

 

Firstly, what device, browser, and OS are you using? If possible, I suggest trying a different device or browser and see if that helps solve the issue. If not, reply back and we can troubleshoot further. 🙂

I have the same problem with @Sy69charger but I'm using the mobile method for the payment I have tried it into several browser and I still can't buy premium. What should I do?

Yes I have tried it to a different device but still not working. I want to try it to a different payment method but Im worried it might have the same result, Im worried it might waste my money when I pay it and dont work.
