Can’t get PREMIUM

I have problem with getting premium acc. I follow the steps, pay with my paypal and press on the final step where I agree with everything but then I get white page with spotify logo and my profile picture in top of the page...I tried more then 10x and every time same thing. And yeah, on app I don’t get premium acc. Does anyone know what’s the problem ???

Sorry to hear you are having issues subscribing to Premium!

Please could you try in a different browser, or try clearing your browser's cache?

Hi,

would like ask help for my subcription account. I purchased it thru credit card but unfortunately i forgot my account details like account name and everything, now how would i retrive what account am i using before, one thing i had is just the transaction number stated in my credit card bill, im not planning to cut it but i want to use it anyway, i cant do that because i forgot the account am using before, please help me

yeah us to we have been trying for 2 days and when we try to get premuim it takes us to our paypal account then when we click everything it takes us back to the first page

I still have same problem... and I tried to find out what could be a problem...so I came out with this as possible problem...currently I live in Denmark so in my spotify settings Denmark is mine location...now, I think that possible problem could be that mine paypal acc and card is from Bosnia & Herzegovina and maybe ‘cause of that I’m unable to buy trial and premium...what do you guys think...pls respond

Yes, that would be an issue.

Your country settings and card must be the same country.

Are you in Denmark permanently or is this a trip?

Yes, I’am permanently here...but I have only that cards from bosnia visa and mastercard registrated on paypal

Thanks for clarifying @Vvilusic,

Unfortunately to use Premium you must use a card registered in the same country.

What you could do is purchase a gift card at a store, if they sell any near you. Or have a friend buy you an ecard: https://www.spotify.com/purchase/ecards/ 

I understand this is not the best idea, but it's currently the only way.
