My Question or Issue

I am unable to join a family plan and am locked out of joining for 12 months now. My address matches the plan owner's

Hey @lexiglass, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

Since you have been presented with the message that says you can’t join for another 12 months - you won’t be able to join another shared plan (Family, Duo) on your account because you’ve already switched plans more than once within a 12 month period, which isn’t allowed. There isn’t a way to override this and the only workaround would be to create a new account and transferring the content from your current account to the new one following these steps.
