Cannot pay for Premium - $99/year deal

Cannot pay for Premium - $99/year deal

I'm a current monthly premium subscriber and I'm trying to take advantage of the deal sent to me by email for the $99/year pricing.

 

When I try to pay, it says "Payment failed" and confusingly takes me to the yellow "Premium for Family" page (which I don't want....?)  

 

I'm using the same CC details as I currently have set up for automatic monthly billing.  Not sure what the issue is?  Have tried with incognito window but I get the same error.  

 

 

Also you really REALLY need to put some spam filters on this forum!
