Cannot purchase Premium with virtual Visa debit card

Hi Guys.

I recently created a new account and tried to purchase Premium with a virtual Visa prepaid card, but was advised that the only methods of payment are via credit card/PayPal/Pay Safe. I have used the virtual card on my previous account without a problem. Spotify support suggested that I try to subscribe through an incognito window or a different device, but this hasn't helped.

Do you know if there's a workaround for this? I live in Bulgaria, if that makes a difference, but as I mentioned - I haven't had a problem paying with a virtual Visa prepaid before.

having the same problem. I have premium but then my card got canceled and I got a new bank, new card and now it just won't take it. I  have tried all the suggestions and It's just fustrating, I would switch to apple music or something butI have all my playlists saved on here so my hands are tied and its fustrating, like just take my money already I just want to listen to music its unreal.
