Cannot subsribe via Nepalese Dollar Card

I am trying to go premium for a long time I am old user of apple music but since I wannted to listen on my windows device I wanted to ditch apple music and go to spotify but it is not accepting the payment method provided by my Bank which is working fine for apple music.

Spotify accepts all types of Prepaid cards, providing they are co-branded Visa or MasterCard in all markets, as well as Amex in certain markets so we recommend that you contact your card provider. If the issue persists after speaking with them we suggest that you try with a different payment method.
