Cant register

Hi I am from the Philippines . My issue is this: I loaded P130 for the P129 Premium. I registered. I chose Globe then input my phone number then I receive the code and input it as well. But Spotify keeps on saying that I do not have an insufficient balance. I tried clearing the cache and the data already and even uninstalling and installing the app. Is there anyone here who can assist me? I'd totally appreciate it. Thanks!

No worries, help's here! Someone else in the community came across this issue and solved it in this thread, so I'd suggest you take a look. In a nutshell, I think you need a bit more available funds than that to activate the offer since you need to count the VAT as well.
