Cant upgrade my account with ANY credit card

I have a free Spotify account set up in Australia which was working fine. I am currently in Romania and wanted to upgrade to Premium.  I changed the home page to Australia and tried to use many Australian Credit Cards but none of them will work?  This is crazy - any suggestions?  Prior to the upgrade attempt I was using the 7 day free trial which was working fine but once that expired and I tried to upgrade and pay I have had this problem - please help Mark

Right now, Spotify is not in Romania yet. We're launching regularly in countries around the world. Sign up here to be first to hear: http://spotify.com/why-not-available.

Also, remember that if you have Spotify Free, you'll only be able to use your account abroad for 14 days. We'd recommend subscribing to Premium once you're back to Australia and you'll be able to enjoy your music everywhere.
