Hi,

 

I want to change the payment settings but this doesn't work in the menu. They advise to go to menu and subscription and click on payment but this doesn't work.

Can anybody help me?

Hey @Rosenberg

 

Seems you're paying through iTunes. Check that your iTunes subscriptions Auto Renewal is off for Spotify.

 

Here are Apple's instructions on how to do it:

Once done, you account will revert back to Free once your paid month ends, and you'll be able to resubscribe to Premium with new billing info.
