Changing payment details

Hi,

 

I just had to cancel the credit card that my Spotify account was being paid from and want to change it to another credit card; however, I keep getting an error message that the card won't work. I've contacted my bank and they've said that there's no problem with the card. My account is supposed to renew in 3 days and I don't want my payment to bounce. Can anyone help?
