Changing the country for an account.

I move to the US from Bulgaria a couple of months ago. Now my bulgarian credit card has expired and I have to transfer my account to a US credit card. When I try to change using the instruction here:

https://support.spotify.com/us/account_payment_help/account_help/how-can-i-change-my-country-setting...

I get the following error message:

"Spotify isn't available in your country yet. Change your location or choose a different payment method."

Does that issue persist if you try changing your payment info with your country setting using an incognito window? 

You can also try using a different device to see if it helps.
