Need to cancel a subscription on credit card

Hi, i have this problem throughout 2017. Im billed 2 subscrptions on my credit card, one is a family plan and the other is and individual premium account. I just canceled the family plan, but i cant cancel that plan because is whit a user that i do not remember, for what i need help me to be able to cancel it and that my card is not billed anymore on that subscription.

We suggest you follow these steps to find the account that's paying for Premium for Family. Once you're able to log into the account, cancel the subscription by logging in here.
