Charged 4 times

I am new spotify So i tried to get 3 month trial for $0.99. When i was filliing in my payment details after that when proceeded forward, it kept bringing me back to the same page So tried few more time and when checked my bank account, there was 4 transactions of $0.99 and spotify premium is still not activated. 

Can you please resolve ?

Have you had Premium before? Did you receive a reciept from Spotify via Email?

No, I have not had spotify before. This is my first time. I checked my email, there is no receipt. And i also checked that if the premium is activated. It still shoes that i have a free account.

It’s very likely just a pending charge if you haven’t received a receipt from Spotify via Email 🙂

A pending charge is a part of your bank or credit card company’s authorization process. When you submit a payment, they place a temporary authorization on the funds.

If the transaction doesn’t successfully complete, no money will be taken and the charge will soon disappear. The time this takes can vary, depending on your bank/credit card company. For more information, contact your bank/credit card company.
