Charged after cancelling

I cancelled my subscription on September 8th, yet I was charged for an additional month on the 11th. Why?

That did not help me, I still need a refund.

I still have not received a refund. Spotify "support" is BS. I have tried to contact you guys multiple times. I'm gonna start posting everywhere that you wouldn't help me and then maybe you'll give me my darn $20 back? (I was charged AGAIN)

Hi @Jennanicoles,

I have now esculated this issue for you to Spotify Staff. As soon as I hear back from them I will let you know.

In the meantime, can you let me know what channels you used to reach out to Spotify in the past?

Thanks.

Hey @Jennanicoles,

Thanks for your patience while I esculated this to Spotify Staff. And I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Although it sounds from your post that you have already tried this, I would recommend reaching out to Spotify support once again. As they are the best team to help you with this.

Please select from one of the ways below:

Email: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/

Twitter: https://twitter.com/SpotifyCares

Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/SpotifyCares

Remember, If you're sending them anything personal (such as an email address etc), and it's via Facebook or Twitter - reach them via PM, or DM and not in a public tweet or post 🙂

I do hope that this helps. But do not hesitate to let me know in case of any further questions.
