My Question or Issue

I have a family account, which I'm paying 149 DKK for pr. month. I have discovered that I'm also charged 99 DKK pr. month for a regular Premium account. I wish to cancel the Premium account and keep the Family account - but I have no idea how to find the necessary informations about the accounts to cancel the right one. How do I do that?

This support article provides instructions for a few ways that you can find your accounts. Once you’ve found your Premium account that you wish to cancel, you can follow the instructions in this Spotify Answer to cancel your subscription for it.
