Charged twice for two different amounts

I recently tried to subscribe for Spotify premium for students, however I have finished secondary school and waiting to start college and so I couldn't verify that I am a student. I then left that page and subscribed for Spotify premium at €9.99 a month. My bank account has been debited for €9.99 and €5.99. How do I get in contact with Spotify to get a refund?

If your student status wasn't verified, the €5.99 charge should only be listed as "pending" and it should be removed from your bank account shortly. If it is still there in a few days, you should get in contact with your bank.
