Charged twice this month

Hello, I've been single premium since june 2016. This month I've been charged twice. What can I do? I've already checked the related FAQ with no solutions. I would be okay if they take the payment for 2 months.

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. I'm sure we can help figure out what's happened here. 

 

First of all, did those payments come out of your account on the same day? If so you probably just hit the upgrade button more than once (and both payments were credited to your account). You can double check this by going to your Subscription Page and confirming your next payment date is more than 1 month away.

 

If you’re seeing multiple charges from Spotify on different days then you may have a second account. Fret not, this happens more often than you might think, and we’ve even got a handy flow-chart to help you solve this conundrum.
