Double billed - Seems to be a common subject.

On my old visa i only use to pay for spotify, I've been getting billed on the 26th of every month as well as the 4th of every month. What is going on here? I'd like to be reimbursed for the over charges or applied to my membership for however long i've been double billed for.

It sounds like you might have two separate accounts. Could you check out this support guide to checking for multiple accounts?

All figured out, thanks for the help!

A bit late but if you see this, yhe same with me. Im filing disputes with my bank. I get so many unauthorized charges from my debit card & i dispute them always. **bleep** this online **bleep**.
