My Question or Issue

Since the day my premium account expirered, I tried to renew it and since that day it as been charging me twice monthly for one account. My two account numbers are P0C75F3F64 charging ($10.99) and P0C6177B24 ($9.99). I would like to be refunded all the months i was doubled charged and only keep one account.

I recommend you to check out Spotify's Refund Policy. There's a section named: "Charged more than once in a month?", it will provide you more help with this.
