Double payment despite only 1 account

Double payment despite only 1 account

For the last 2 months I've been charged 10 euros for premium and 15 euros for a family account even though I never subscribed to the latter neither has anyone in the household  I checked my Spotify page and it also only lists the 10 euros for the premium. 

Can someone tell me how that is possible and how to get rid of the extra 15 euros charge?

In this case, it'd be best to reach out to us on Twitter with your payment info. Our team will see if you might have an extra account that's Premium.

Try emailing Spotify directly so they can clarify, or even refund you.
