I buy the Premium with Student Discount (in the Brazil version) and a credit card was necessary to finish the sale, my uni request was in avaliation and after a while was approved but when I came to the site to finalized my buy and start my premium account a credit card was necessary again, but, in this time, I needed to give another one.

I want to know: Spotify will debt from this two different cards? Even if they are paying the Premium, in this case two "differents" premium, in the same account?

Can I ask for the cancelment from one of the two bills?

It sounds like we were unable to verify your student I.D. initially.
Don't worry, in this instance, any charges will show on your statement as ‘pending’, meaning no money has actually been taken.

If this has happened, once the bank receives the confirmation that your student I.D. failed to verify, the ‘pending’ charge will be refunded. This can take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank. You can reach out to them for more information.

Hola, tengo un problema parecido ya que primero hicé el pago para suscripción premium con descuento de estudiantes, luego me pidieron que subiera la documentación para comprobar, paso que hice y luego me verificaron los documentos pero no el pago, y ya tengo el descuento en mi tarjeta de credito.

 

No me parece el pago registrado en spotify, quisiera que lo solucionaran para no hacer un boble pago.
