Error in cancelling my spotify subscription

Error in cancelling my spotify subscription

I've tried to cancel  my subscription several times, but I always  get this error message: "Qualcosa è andato storto. Riprova. ".   I've tried to use different web browsers (Firefox, Microsoft edge, google chrome) but it continues to give me this error, so I have to pay for another month even if I just want to cancel the subscription.

Hey @Corte1999! Thanks for writing.

 

In this case, it's possible that your account is being managed by a third party, such as your mobile phone company, or your Premium is being linked to a Family plan. In that case, our best suggestion would be to get in touch with the ones managing your Premium subscription in order to cancel it properly.
