Error while subscribing to premium

Error while subscribing to premium

Hi! I'm so frustrated while subscribing back to premium (129 pesos load for 1 month). I've loaded recently to my other number since you still currently recognize the new number of globe (0956) to subscribe however, while subscribing, it says that my load is insufficient even I have enough load (actually I loaded up 150 pesos) and I know it is too much to subscribe. I've tried to pass the load to my brother's number and still won't work.. i've done this from my past months subscribing and this is the first time i've encountered this situation!!!!! I'm done with this and I gave up!!!! Can please fix this and can you please update the numbers that you still can't recognized so I won't be needing to load my other number just to subscribe..
