subscribed to the €0,99 offer but spotify charged €9,99

I subscribed to the €0,99 special offer for three months but spotify charged me the full €9,99 - What happened there? Read many comments with similar issues?!Thanks for the help!

Settings missing in Premium Subscription

My subscription page says "Premium" and I've logged out and back in. Under the top-right username dropdown, there is not "settings" and only "Account" and "Log Out". Where are the settings? Lame.
