Action needed — save your Spotify Community private messages

Hi Folks,

Later this year we're upgrading this site, the Spotify Community to a new platform. We're really excited about it, more on that closer to the time.

One thing we wanted to let you know now: Community private messages won't be carried over to the new platform. 

If you have any private messages you'd like to keep, please save or copy them before September 18, 2026.

How to save your messages:

• Log into community.spotify.com
• Go to your inbox (click your avatar > Messages)
• Copy or screenshot any conversations you want to keep

After September 18, private messages from the current platform here will no longer be accessible.

Rest assured things like your Community login, posts, replies, and discussion history will remain.
