Spotify auto subscription

At first, I thought that my account has a bug because I had been on premium for almost thirteen months, and when I read my receipt I found out that I've authorized spotify to charge me every month. I cancelled my subscription already thinking that I may need to pay all of it.

The question is do I need to pay all of it? Since my mode of payment is just my sim card (by using load here in our country), I'm not using credit card. Does this mean I have to pay approx. $32.5 after I cancelled my subscription?
