FAMILY PREMIUM can access properly for my wife to join

I have tried continually to add my wife to my family premium subscription  . She receives the link accepts and then the page that appears is my home page with all my details on and asks her for new subscription details . Our email addressed are of course different . She also has a free subscription through vodafone ( standard ) and is annnoyed with

the advertsing and therefore wants to be on our family subscription . Spent two hours yesterday trying to unravel this ,all to avail .Pease advise

Did you put in the same adress when inviting her as she did when accepting?

No , I am putting in a different email address to mine . It really is rather odd that  her email address when the invite is recieved and she tabs to connect it leads to my home page on spotify premium where I have my password / other family members who have accepted my invites to join ( with out any issues ) I dont undestand how this can be happening .
