Free Hulu with Premium subscription

My Question or Issue

I am unable to access hulu. I lost my spotify + hulu subscription a couple months back after someone hacked into my account and changed my subscription. After realizing my account was changed to family plan I was able to get my account corrected with the support team. Once my account was secure again, the support team said they would also work on getting my free hulu subscription back. I never did hear from them regarding this matter.

I'd suggest you reach out to our Support teams again and let them know the case number that was assigned to your previous interaction, so that they can chase this up for you. Just bear in mind that right now they're experiencing significant delays, due to the current situation.
